I am an Integrative psychotherapist based between Kentish Town and Tufnell Park, North London, and I have been working with clients for more than twenty years. I support adults dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties and the challenges that can come with life transitions.
I teach at The Bowlby Centre in London. I trained at The Minster Centre, completing an Advanced Diploma, and MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and later a Diploma in Clinical Supervision at The Grove Practice. I am registered with the UKCP and a member of BACP. Over the years I have worked in GP surgeries, women’s centres and private practice, and I have studied group dynamics at the Institute of Group Analysis.

Burnout often develops when long established relational strategies, overworking, pleasing, performing, or taking on too much, collide with the realities of adult life. These strategies often have deep roots and are interwoven with your attachment and relationship patterns.
We look at how stress affects your body, what your early environment taught you about coping, and how you can find a way of living that is more sustainable.
Many people receive an autism diagnosis later in life. It can be a relief to finally have an explanation, but it can also bring questions about identity, past relationships and the ways you have learned to cope. Therapy can help begin to make sense of your diagnosis and how to move forward.
Trauma can affect us in ways that are difficult to put into words. It shapes how safe we feel in the world, how much we trust ourselves and others, and how our body responds to stress and uncertainty.
A central part of my work is helping people understand how their early attachment experiences continue to shape their relationships, emotional patterns and sense of self. I work within a biopsychosocial framework, which simply means we look at the whole picture; your relationship with your body, your health, your personal history, your interpersonal relationships, cultural background, and your current environment.
Our early relationships shape so much, how we cope, how we connect, how we deal with stress, and how we understand ourselves. They also influence how we respond to big life shifts, endings, transitions and loss.
In our work together, we look at your experiences through both an attachment and a biopsychosocial lens. This means we make space for:
Therapy with me is steady, collaborative and taken at a pace that feels right for you. My job is to help you understand the patterns that once helped you cope but might now be keeping you stuck, and to support you as you develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.
The depth and consistency of the work, supported by my experience and ongoing supervision, is reflected in my fee.

If you would like to arrange an initial consultation or find out more about supervision, you are very welcome to get in touch.
We can meet in person in Kentish Town or online. I usually respond within a few days.
